I am a full time REALTOR and happily married to a wonderful Woman, who believes that excellent service is what sets one agent apart from another and this is absolutely what I will provide to you! I accomplish this by staying in touch with the client each step of the way. The service that I provide has led me to have worked with generations of family and their friends, because of their consistent referrals.

A little history: I have been a Nevada County resident since 1973 and graduated from Nevada Union High School in 1976. I was always the person that loved to help people, so I became a Real Estate Agent! I thought what better way than to help people find the home that they have been dreaming of or to sell and begin their new journey. I received my Real Estate license in 1982 and immediately went to work for Rolling Hills Realty in Penn Valley, California until May of 2009. The company was an unfortunate victim of the down economy and had to close its doors. While at Rolling Hills Realty, I was the top producing REALTOR, 13 out of the past 14 years prior to the companies closing. No other agent in the company's 36 year history had ever been the top producing agent for that many years in a row! I worked very hard for my clients to help them realize their dreams of selling or buying a great home or land parcel and I was Blessed to receive that ranking as a result!

Something else that I would love for you to know! The Nevada County Board of Realtors started a Masters Club in 1999. This was created to recognize the top 5% of all agents in Nevada County. To qualify each year, agents had to achieve a predetermined sales volume for that year. I have been a charter member of the Masters Club since its inception and for many years have maintained membership. I am also a member of the Nevada County Association of Realtors and served as a past Director on the Board and a member of the Sutter-Yuba Association of Realtors. For me, it is truly never about being a salesperson or the sale or purchase itself, it is about helping you in any way I can. I actually once showed 27 homes in one day to a young couple (a referral from the gentleman's parents), who needed to make a move to Northern California quickly from Southern and they found their dream home that day and still happily reside there! I will also be an excellent resource to you and help you find the best handyman, plumber, landscaper, whatever you need, I am there to truly assist you. I will also provide the best pre-home purchasing advice or home selling advice and make sure you are equipped and ready the first time.

I also am Blessed to say that a great many of my clients have become personal friends! Whether it is a great market or not, as there are ebbs and flows, I am here to help you for the long haul!
